“I have had the real and distinct pleasure of working with Jennifer Miles in her role as our clinic's registered yoga facilitator and Yoga Therapist. Jennifer has been working on a contract basis offering virtual yoga therapy. This has been adjacent and complementary to the clinic’s primary treatment, transcranial magnetic stimulation. Transcranial magnetic stimulation is a physician-directed, evidence-based treatment for a number of psychiatric and neurologic conditions.

Jennifer’s advanced skill in yoga therapy, her understanding of physiology, and her individualized approach in evaluating and addressing clients’ needs serves not only to provide relaxation, but to assist in reintegration of mind and body. Working with Jennifer has been described by clients as “profound”. Her keen mind, holistic background, work experience, and insight into mental health has been an asset to our team when supporting in supporting an often challenging client demographic. Jennifer’s sense of empathy and genuine care has manifested in excellent care for our clients.

The team at Optimind are excited to see how Jennifer’s career progresses, and we have every confidence she will make meaningful change within her communities by providing increasingly expert and thoughtful care.”
